Payment

Payment is required after sketch approval. Once you are satisfied with the initial sketch and approve it, payment is made before I proceed with the final artwork.

Accepted payment methods: Bancontact, PayPal, EPS, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Timeline

Commission timelines vary with complexity and current workload. Most commissions are completed within a few days to several weeks. Exact timeframes are not guaranteed, but I keep you updated on progress.

Waitlist

Commissions operate on a waitlist basis. Your place in the queue is determined by when your commission is confirmed and paid.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available once work has begun. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you receive a full refund.

Please make sure you are happy with the sketch before approving it. Approving the sketch means you are satisfied with the direction of the artwork.

Delivery

Completed artwork is delivered digitally via email or Discord. You receive a PNG file of the artwork, including a version without background.

Usage Rights

You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (profile pictures, social media posts, etc.). Credit is appreciated but not required for personal use.
