Commission Workflow

From first contact to final delivery, here is what to expect.

Contact and Request

Reach out via Instagram DM or the contact form with your commission idea. Once approved, you receive an order number for tracking.

Sketch Phase

I create a detailed sketch to make sure it matches your vision and interests before moving forward.

Approval and Payment

Once you approve the sketch, payment is made. Then I begin the artwork.

Progress Updates

I share periodic progress updates so the artwork keeps matching your expectations along the way.

Final Delivery

Your completed artwork arrives via email or Discord as a PNG file, with and without background.

Before You Commission

How long does a commission take?

Timelines vary with complexity and the current waitlist. Most commissions are completed within a few days to several weeks. Need it faster? Add the Emergency Pass at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bancontact, PayPal, EPS, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment is requested after the sketch is approved, before I start on the final artwork.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are generally not available once work has begun. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you receive a full refund.

Can I use the artwork commercially?

Personal, non-commercial use (profile pictures, social media posts, etc.) is included. For commercial use, please contact me to discuss licensing and pricing.
